A parcel has someone at either end: a person preparing it and a person waiting to receive it. Along the way, other people may contribute their time, available capacity or knowledge of a place. Their roles are different, but each deserves clear information and consideration.
ikWik brings senders, eligible carriers and travelers, receivers, and pickup-point agents together to coordinate package deliveries. Roles and features depend on eligibility and availability; the people involved can differ from one delivery to another. Our purpose is to help those contributions make sense together.

Human connection gives this idea its energy. Responsible coordination gives it direction. In our view, trust grows through practical care: describing a package honestly, understanding a proposed journey, respecting what someone has agreed to carry, and taking a handover seriously.

Eligible completed work can create earnings once delivery and payment conditions are met. This is subject to applicable verification and dispute conditions, with no fixed earnings guarantee. The opportunity starts with a suitable task and a person willing and eligible to take it on. Respecting that choice is part of the philosophy.
