ikWik Services Limited Company ("ikWik", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ikWik website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when you use the Platform.

We collect information needed to provide the marketplace, including package descriptions, declared contents and value, pickup and destination details, delivery references, handover and delivery evidence, journey information, payment and payout records, refund and dispute information, and messages or reports exchanged through the Platform. We may also process the contact information of recipients or other people you provide to us for a shipment.

Identity verification and compliance data

Where required for safety, payment, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, we and our verification providers may collect government-issued identification, date of birth, a selfie or photo-verification result, address information, and the results of identity, fraud, sanctions, or other legally required screening. • operate the crowdshipping marketplace, including matching Senders, Travelers, recipients, pickup points, and delivery activities;
• process payments, payouts, refunds, cancellations, customer-support requests, and disputes;

• verify identity, investigate reports, prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited shipments, money laundering, sanctions violations, and other unlawful activity;

• measure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the security, performance, and usability of the Platform; and
• send marketing communications only where permitted by law and subject to the choices available to you.
