These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ikWik website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using ikWik.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
ikWik is a crowdshipping marketplace that connects individuals ("Senders") with independent travelers ("Travelers") who agree to transport items.
ikWik is a technology platform/marketplace connecting users and ikWik does NOT hold customer funds. ikWik does not provide transportation services and does not act as a carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider. Travelers are independent users and not employees, agents, or contractors of ikWik.
ikWik facilitates delivery services by connecting Senders with independent Travelers. ikWik operates as a logistics marketplace and is responsible for processing customer payments for services booked through the Platform.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processing partner. Travelers are independent contractors who earn compensation for completed deliveries.
ikWik does not provide wallets, escrow services, or stored-value accounts for users.
Any amounts displayed to Travelers represent pending earnings for completed services and are accounting records only.
ikWik pays Travelers after delivery confirmation in accordance with its payout schedule and applicable payment processor terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using ikWik, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
For safety and compliance purposes, ikWik may require identity verification, especially for Travelers.
You agree to provide valid identification documents when requested. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
Users may not send or transport prohibited or illegal items, including but not limited to:
ikWik reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate these rules.
Travelers are only compensated after delivery confirmation or resolution in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Subscription plans allow users to send a defined number of packages or unlimited packages subject to fair use.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are subject to the terms outlined on the Pricing and Refund Policy pages.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ikWik shall not be liable for:
ikWik’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ikWik Services Limited Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
ikWik may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose safety or legal risks.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
ikWik may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
